Grand Prix of the “Book-Fest – 2016” went to the King’s Gospel (PHOTOS)

Today, at the end of the book fair the winners of the contest "Book-Fest" in 13 categories were awarded, the press service of the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library named after F.Potushnyak informed.

According to the jury chairman Roman Ofitsynsky, forty-three publicattions, mainly by Transcarpathian publishers, were submitted for consideration of the jury.

So, the Grand Prix of the "BOOK-FEST – 2016" went to the publishing house "Grazhda" for the book "The King’s Gospel of 1401"

In the category "Fiction publication": prose – the publishing house "IVA" for the book by V. Andrusiv "The Car №13";

In the category "Fiction publication": poetry – the publishing house "TIMPANI" for "Selected Works" of Joseph Zbihley.

In the category "Scientific publication" – the publishing house "Patent" for the book by Turak Y.A, Yatsyna Yu.Yu. "History of the hospital named after A.Novak in Uzhgorod."

In the category "Educational publication" – the publishing house "IVA" for the textbook "Physics of Semiconductors"

In the category "Publicistic publication" – the publishing house "Karpatska Vezha" for the book by M. Dochynets "Book of Inspiration."

In the category "Fine art publication" – the publishing house "Karpaty" for the book "Vasyl Svyda. Incorruptible"

In the category "Publication on art history" – Uzhgorod City Printing House for the book "The Theatre of Acting Puppet of the Silver Land".

In the category "Music publication" – the publishing house "Grazhda" for the book by Vasyl Haiduk "Ukrainian Requiem."

The winner in the category "Publication for children" is the Publishing House of Oleksandr Harkusha for the book by Oleksandr Havrosh "Legends of the Silver Rus"

In the category "Vivifying past": the Publishing House of Oleksandr Harkusha for the album "Treasures of the Transcarpathian Ethnographic Museum" and the Publishing House "Grazhda" for the book by Roman Ofitsynsky "Folk Legends of Transcarpathia".

In the category "Best book of Transcarpathian author or book about Transcarpathia released outside the region" – the publishing center "Academia", Kyiv, for the collage novel by Dmytro Keshelya "Family".

In the category "Young book designer", the winner is fifth-year student of the Design Department of the Transcarpathian Art Academy Evelina Rusnak. "People’s choice award" went to the book of selected poems by Volodymyr Ladyzhets "Oh, my tooth is hurting" (Karpaty, 2015).
