“Good neighbor” in Uzhgorod

Supporting families to prevent children from ending up in boarding schools. 
The Good Neighbor program will be presented in Transcarpathia. 
We invite you to the Open Office on August 22 at 12.00 at the following address: Uzhgorod, Narodna Square, 4 for the presentation of the Good Neighbor program. Oksana Shtybel, the program manager, and Tetyana Muravel, the program’s communications manager, will talk about the family assistance program, successful family stories, and spreading the program throughout the country. 
We invite public organizations, volunteers and media representatives. (In case of bad weather the presentation will take place in the press center of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration)

The Good Neighbor program of the Lviv Educational Foundation has been successfully operating in the Lviv region for 4 years. Its goal is to support families, who are experiencing hard times for various reasons, to overcome the crisis and keep children in the family. 
The Good Neighbor program in 2020 created 4 centers in Lviv region. Further plans are to spread the program to the whole of Ukraine. We invite active public organizations of Transcarpathia, which already have experience working with families in difficult situations, to join the program.
