“Good” mission in Zhdeniyevo (PHOTOS)

Angelica, Diana, Alla, Sofia, Anatoly, Rostislav, Lukyan, Ivan, Mykola, Serhiy are foster children in the family type orphanage in Zhdeniyevo.

Their foster parents Alla and Ivan are artists and people who set out to give children warmth of family love and to bring up at least ten remarkable people. Recently, the public initiative "Doing good is easy" met this special family and once again decided to prove the validity of their name.

Inspired by the success of the winter campaign "Become a Santa Claus!" (when more than 80 children from social institutions received gifts), public activists decided to continue gift giving campaign in the summer.

During two weeks caring people prepared personal presents for each of the ten children living in the picturesque village in Volovets district. And the mission of the "Doing good is easy" went there with a trunk full of surprises. Among other things, they had toys for Diana and Alla and cars and soldiers to Tolik and Rostyk, e-book for Sofia, who loves reading above all, football uniforms for young footballers Ivan and Mykola, and even a special living surprise – a hamster for Angelica, and so on – every kid received a box with his or her own, albeit small, but genuine dream. The gifts were prepared by adults who responded to the call of the "Doing good is easy" on the Facebook page. 

The trip organizers have not forgotten about memorable surprises – not only a cake (what holiday is without it!), but also individual cups for each of their ten new friends.

"The campaign dedicated to the Children’s Day gathered a lot of friends. Some helped financially, some brought ready-made gifts, and others supported us morally. We are very grateful to everyone for this! To say that the kids were happy would be an understatement… " – public activists express their emotions. And also they say that the campaigns continue! So they invite everyone to join and to see for themselves that doing good is really easy!
