Gifted young Transcarpathians received awards from the Uzhgorod mayor

Uzhgorod Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv, ​​today at the regular session of the City Council, presented certificates to the winners of the Mayor’s Award for gifted youth of the city.
Cash prizes of 10 thousand hryvnias went to:
– in the nomination "scientific achievements" – Yana Holinka, fourth-year student of the College of Natural Sciences and Humanities (specialty "Law");
– in the nomination "creative achievements" – Serhiy Fanta, first-year student of the Uzhgorod Institute of Culture and Arts;
– in the nomination "contribution to the development of the youth movement" – Volodymyr Popovych, second-year student of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Uzhgorod National University.

Recall that the award was presented for the second year in a row, is intended to support students of vocational and higher educational institutions, students of art schools of Uzhgorod, who successfully study, conduct researches, carry out scientific and technical developments, achieve significant results in culture and art, actively participate in the public life of the city.
