The 23rd summer camp "Harmony" has opened at Chynadiyevo art school for children (Mukachevo district). The health center is unique not only for Transcarpathia, but for all of Ukraine, because it brings together the most talented kids of the region for recreation, which harmoniously combines the fun and creative training.
In just two days of staying in the camp, campers (and they are winners of creative competitions of the regional to the international level) managed to prepare an interesting concert on the occasion of the camp opening with performances of songs and melodies that brought them victory in the competitions. And after three weeks in the camp, at the reporting concert, children will show what they will have learnt under the guidance of camp teachers from Uzhgorod State Music College.
According to the head of the camp, this shift includes almost 100 children, more than half of whom come to the camp repeatedly. According to Mykhailo Fendyk, it proves that children like such useful vacation. "We have the best teachers working with our campers and we have all the conditions for creative development of children, – the head of the camp said. – In addition, we have prepared for the campers traditional entertainment and competitions, tours to interesting places in the most remote corners of the region. Children live in good conditions, they are covered with a balanced nutrition. In short, by joint efforts, we have managed to organize a quality vacation, despite the fact that the price is the lowest in the region – 3,360 UAH. And since parents pay only 700 UAH, and it makes trip to the camp affordable, vacation in the "Harmony" is another incentive for children to work hard during the school year."
