General Staff: women under 50 years can be mobilized

The age limit for men is 60 years

Women under the age of 50 years can be mobilized in Ukraine.

This was stated by the acting speaker of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev.

"During the planned lines of partial mobilization, women can be called up to the army. But compared to the conscription of men, there is a difference: the age limit for female citizens is 50 years, while for men, it is 60" – he said.

Recall that yesterday, January 14, Poroshenko signed the decree on mobilization.
