The Uzhgorod writer is in the list of contenders for the title of the Children’s Literature Superstar. This was reported by the Zakarpattya online.

Ukrainian literature is a galaxy of bright stars that create children’s and young adult books. Every year, new names appear in this galaxy, and experienced masters keep pleasing their readers with new books. Internet space for children’s literature "BaraBuka" and the "Book Arsenal" decided to find out whom readers consider the Children’s Literature Superstar.

At the first stage, you must check your favorite writers and illustrators in the list.

The list includes the name of the famous Ukrainian children’s writer from Uzhgorod Galina Malyk.

The voting will last until 23:59 on May 5, 2019. After the vote count, only ten stars will go to the next stage. During the month, the initiators of the rating will be telling about their work, ask them about the sources of inspiration and plans, so that during the "Book Arsenal" you could recognize your favorite stars, take autographs and personally thank them for their books.

The final event of this marathon will be the Third All-Ukrainian Conference of Children’s Writers, which will take place on May 23 at the children’s stage of the "Colors" hall. At this event, the visitors of the "Book Arsenal" will determine the Children’s Literature Superstar.
