A few days ago we informed that the boundaries of Petofi square for free movement of pedestrians would be expanded even more.
Yesterday the square was made even more comfortable for residents: they set 12 benches, now you can sit and relax there, or conduct business conversation or just talk on the phone while sitting on one of the historic streets.
The benches are welded to the ground, so that vandals would not "borrow" them, and the mayor Victor Pogorelov personally supervised the process.
It is better for pedestrians, but, according to the drivers, now there is no place to park…
