Former head of Ukravtodor Slawomir Nowak was detained in Poland

Slawomir Nowak is suspected of corruption, running an organized crime group and money laundering. 
In Gdansk, Poland, police detained Slawomir Nowak, former head of the State Road Service of Ukraine (Ukravtodor). 
This was announced by the press secretary of the Minister-Coordinator of Special Services of Poland Stanislaw Zaryn. 
"Former member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, former head of the State Road Service of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) Slawomir N., as well as Dariusz Z., former head of the JV "GROM", and businessman from Gdansk Jacek P. have been detained," – he wrote on Twitter. 
Zaryn promised to tell the details later. 
According to Polish media, Slawomir Nowak is suspected of corruption, running an organized crime group and money laundering. 
From 2011 to 2013, Nowak served as Poland’s Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Affairs in the government of Prime Minister Donald Tusk. Prior to that, he headed the election headquarters of Polish presidential candidate Bronislaw Komorowski and was a member of the Sejm. 
He was the head of the Ukravtodor for three years –  from October 2016 to September 2019.
