Former head of the health care department of Mizhhirya district administration will be judged

The former head of the health care department of Mizhhirya DSA will be judged for forgery and abuse of office

The Prosecutors of Mizhhirya district submitted to the court the indictment against the former head of the health care department of the Mizhhirya DSA, who is accused of committing criminal offenses under Part 1 of Art. 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery) and Part 1 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of power), which caused significant damage to the interest of the state, which has resulted in undermining the authority of the state, the prosecutor of Mizhhirya Serhiy Zovdun said.

During the pre-trial investigation, it was found out that the now former head of health care department of the DSA, occupying the post of the Chairman of the Tender Committee of the Health Care Department of the Mizhhirya DSA, abusing his authority, intentionally, in the interest of third parties during the disclosure of tender proposals and their evaluation published in the official publication of public procurement for procurement of refining products, using his official position, had committed forgery of official documents.

The fate of the former official will be decided by court.
