Former governor of Transcarpathia Moskal, who lost the election, complains about “mass buying” of votes

As we reported, the former head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal lost the election in the constituency 106 in Siverskodonetsk in Luhansk region.

Moskal, who ran as a self-nominee, received 11.99% or 5,649 votes.

The candidate from the "Servant of the People" Oleksiy Kuznetsov won at the constituency with 21.49% of votes.

Before the election day, Moskal wrote on Facebook:

"I heard today from the voters that mass buying of votes is going on the streets of Siverskodonetsk. Money is given away in broad daylight. It’s a shame. I will not leave it like that. I have already appealed to the police, this must be stopped."
