The citizen submitted to the Transcarpathian customs certificates, the sale contract and the self-filled customs declaration, the website of the city of Uzhgorod informs.
According to the sale contract, the seller of the car was a citizen living in Germany, the buyer was a citizen of Ukraine, and the cost of the vehicle was 3,700 euros.
During the customs control and customs inspection of the car, customs officers found inside the vehicle another contract of sale according to which the seller of the car is a German company, and the cost of the FORD KUGA is 6,200 euros.
Thus, the citizen of Ukraine moved the car FORD KUGA across the customs border of Ukraine with violation of customs rules by submitting to the customs authority of Ukraine a forged document, namely: a contract of sale containing false information about the seller and the cost of the car.
These actions have signs of violation of customs rules provided for in part 1 of Article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
Currently, a report on violation of customs rules has been drawn up, the car was seized pending court decision, the Transcarpathian customs of the State Customs Service reported.
