Recently, the group of the International Association of Millers was travelling in Transcarpathia. According to the director of Irshava Historical Museum, researcher Andriy Svitlynets, who accompanied the group in Irshava district, in addition to Ukrainians, the group also included foreign guests, in particular Swiss and Germans.
Among other facilities, they visited the water mill in Pryborzhavske. "Despite the fact that the wheel is made of metal and there is a belt drive, the mill was interesting to the experts. They noted that there are not so many of this kind of mills in Europe and its historical value is indisputable. Convenient location near the road, interesting technical equipment of the first half of the twentieth century, almost full readiness to making of flour make our mill an interesting tourist object not only in the district, but also in the region," – Mr. Andriy says. This facility in privately owned.
