For three years: a resident of Irshava district paid more than 186,000 hryvnias in alimony arrears

For three years, the father was not paying child support, which led to arrears.

In the course of enforcement actions, the state bailiff of the Irshava District Department of the State Enforcement Service of the South-Western Interregional Office of the Ministry of Justice (Ivano-Frankivsk) issued orders to seize the debtor’s accounts and restrict the debtor’s right to travel abroad, drive vehicles, use weapons and hunt.

Thus, following the imposition of statutory restrictions, the debtor repaid the alimony arrears in full in the amount of UAH 186,346.
