As a result of the tender, the Ministry of income signed an agreement with the "Boenisch GPS Ukraine" for the provision of services of transport web monitoring system in the second half of this year. The price of the contract is 1.4 million hryvnias.
This was written by the "Nashi Hroshi" referring to the "Journal of Public Procurement".
The purchase was conducted under the "one participant" procedure.
The customer attributed the non-competitive procurement to the intellectual property rights protection. Over the past year, the System of protection of transit goods transportation through the territory of Ukraine was created, the developer of hardware and software systems was "Boenisch GPS Ukraine."
In 2012, the Ministry of Income also ordered from this company personal satellite monitoring devices and mechanical and electronic locks BeniFone WatchLock, the publication informed.
The system allows to track the movement of objects, to which mechanical and electronic locks are attached, and to record deviations from the schedule and unauthorized opening of transit cargo. Now there is a need to track the transit freight transport.
The founders of "Boenisch GPS Ukraine" are Hryhoriy Apolonov, Yevhen Feldsherov, Maltese limited liability company "Security Synthesis & Development Limited" and the "Trade House "Ukrtext." The latter belongs to Victor Chopenko and the "Boenisch Group Limited" also registered in Malta.
