The drought in the U.S. can raise prices for food.
Agricultural market experts claim that the average price for bread, milk, cheese and yogurt will increase by 25%, buckwheat by 7-10%, beef – 15%, and poultry meat – by 15-20% until autumn.
The main reason for price increases is poor harvest of corn which appeared as a result of dry weather.
We remind that inflation rates in Ukraine have been the lowest in the first quarter over the last decade.
