The Head of the Forestry and Hunting Husbandry Department of the region Igor Fizyk was dismissed by the order of the Head of the State Agency of Forest Resources.
The head of the forest industry of the region has been hiding since the end of February. During this time, he was on sick leave for four months, and also was relaxing on vacation for almost two months.
In March, the heads of all state forestries of the region collected signatures for his resignation. However, Fizyk managed to stay in the office until mid-October.
In late September, the head of the Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal and the regional council chairman Ivan Baloha offered the odious official to resign and leave the region.
This time, the official took an unpaid leave, and then resigned.
