"The owners of the house on Nezalezhna Street woke up in the middle of the night and saw that a neighboring unoccupied one-storey wooden house was burning. People were afraid that the fire would spread to their house, so at 02:24 they called firefighters. Due to the mountainous nature of the area, it was difficult for fire trucks to get to the scene. Therefore, the units organized the extinguishing so that a more maneuverable ZIL approached the house and was engaged in extinguishing the fire, and a larger KAMAZ provided uninterrupted water supply to extinguish the fire," – the spokeswoman said.
According to Natalia Batyr, the fire destroyed the roof on the area of 65 sq.m and household items.
