Fire-fighters saved the house on Hrushevsky street

March 13 at 05:45, Uzhgorod fire-fighters were informed that on Hrushevsky street in the regionalcenter a house was burning.
In 20 minutes, officers of the State Fire and Rescue unit number 14 arrived to the scene and localizedthe fire. Another ten minutes later the fire was completely extinguished. Thanks to the skillfulness ofthe professionals the house was saved from destruction by the fire.
On the site it was found out that the ignition of the gas riser had led to partial destruction of the roof(6 sq. m.) of a local 35-year-old resident’s house.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
