The right of the first signing of Uzhgorod City Council financial documents has been granted to the first deputy mayor Vitaliy Semal. This proposal was made at the meeting, the deputies supported it.
Recall, that Vitaliy Semal was responsible for the life of the city during the "revolutionary" time. Being in the position of the first deputy mayor, he was also overseeing the entire municipal sphere of the city.
