"Today, August 8. by the decision of the investigator of Khust District Police in Transcarpathian region, Pavlo Nahirny was included into the wanted list" – the Khust Inter-district Prosecutor Ivan Kailo said.
He also added that on August 7, the criminal proceeding against Pavlo Nahirny over committing criminal offense under Art. 286, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was re-registered in the Single register of pre-trial investigations, and the pre-trial investigation under general procedure was initiated. Also, today, with the consent of the prosecutor, the investigator submitted a petition to the Khust District Court to impose on Nahirny the preventive measure, detention.
