Finally: heads of Beregovo and Vynogradiv DSAs have been appointed

The Acting President of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov signed a number of orders for the appointment of five heads of district state administrations (DSA) in Transcarpathia and Zaporizhzhya regions

This was reported by Espresso.TV citing the site of the Acting President.

Thus, according to the order for Transcarpathian region, Istvan Petrushka was appointed as the head of Beregovo DSA and Vitaliy Lyubka became the head of Vynogradiv DSA.
