Filaret: Russians are ready to move their capital from Moscow to Kyiv

Today in Moscow 31% of the population are Muslims, and 49% are Orthodoxes, of which only 31 or 34% are Russians, so the city ceases to be purely Russian. This was said by His Holiness Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine Filaret in an interview with "Glavkom".

 "Bayram gathers far more Muslims, than Easter gathers Orthodoxes. This is happening in Moscow, which declared that it is" the third Rome ". And in thirty years, according to forecasts of scientists, Russia will not even be a Christian country. And in these circumstances, Ukraine for them as for the state is the salvation. They already express opinions, that Russians are willing to move their capital from Moscow to Kyiv, provided that they rule here," – Filaret said.
