Today, unknown persons once again re-painted one of two stones at the entrance to Baranyntsi, where the mini memorial of Egan Ede is set up. This is evidenced by the photos posted on Facebook.
The last time, one two stones (one is painted in yellow and blue colors), was re-painted in the colors of the Hungarian flag after a similar incident by the workers of the Consulate General of Hungary in Uzhgorod: "It’s a shame that the vandals did it without basic knowledge of history. They should look up and read about who Egan Ede was and what he did for Transcarpahia!"
