The concert "We are united by the Ukrainian language" on the occasion of the Day of Ukrainian Language was held in the Transcarpathian Academic Regional Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater named after the Sherehiy brothers.
Laureate of national and international competitions and festivals, winner of the regional D.Zador prize, the variety and wind orchestra of the Uzhgorod Musical College took part in the concert (the director of the college is the Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine Svitlana Stehney, the head of the orchestra is the Honored Artist of Ukraine Ferenc Tomych). The orchestra performed the concerto for the xylophone and orchestra "Vatra" by V. Matviychuk (solo on the xylophone by the winner of the national competition, teacher of the musical college A. Kalynych).
