Fashion revolution in Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)

Traditional, but not usual, creative and charitable, known and colorful. The Art Revolution Designers Festival took place in the Transcarpathian Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity "PADIYUN." The organizers emphasize that for the first time in the history of its existence, it was held as a charity event. All funds collected will be sent to support Ukrainian troops. "We decided to support the idea that is most important for our country now, we decided to support peace, and the people who protect it. We were not afraid and did not care that our event is called "Revolution", we just wanted it to be successful" – chief organizer Margarita Soynova said. The participants themselves stressed that it was not a holiday, it was a demonstration of creativity. The demonstration of works by young people who continue to live and work.

In total, this year’s Art Revolution was attended by 18 participants from all over the region, who presented a collection of clothes, jewelry, accessories, hairstyles and makeup.   They also presented a unique collection of dolls from the designer Valentina Trifonova. A participant from Rakhiv district presented a slide show of interior design.  

"We are happy that we have a platform for young designers to communicate with each other, share experiences, and share creative ideas. At the time, Art Revolution was the place where now known Vasyl Hodovanets, Larysa Chmelyova, Christina Krasnova and Yulia Demydchuk had their first shows" – Margarita Soynova said.
