It is located in the village of Boronyava in Khust district. The land area under the facility is 3.3 hectares.
Total privatization deal, excluding VAT, amounts to 3,060,151 UAH, including the cost of the facility – 2,100,000 UAH, the land it is located on – 960,151 UAH.VAT is 612,030 UAH.
In addition to payment for the object of privatization, the department has instructed the buyer to pay off the following debts of the public enterprise: to the budget – 76,970 hryvnias, the salary – 57,590 hryvnias, under the executive proceedings – 1,242,450 hryvnias.
According to the signed contract, the new owner also must restore the activity of the plant, create new jobs at the facility and so on., – reported the website of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
