Has sakura period started in Transcarpathia?
Actually, not yet. The mass flowering of pink cherry trees is expected, as always, in April, and, of course, everything will depend on the weather.
But one sakura tree is already blooming. This is the famous "crazy sakura" in the center of Mukachevo.
The tree located near the so-called "Depeche-Park", at the entrance to the Central Department Store, is known for blooming several times a year. The tree was dubbed "kamikaze sakura" by the guide Victoria Hudak, who recorded the first spring flowering of the hyperactive tree.
