Employees of Uzhgorod STI were taught how to protect themselves in an emergency

Civil defense training was conducted for employees of Uzhgorod United State Tax Inspectorate and Uzhgorod district state administration.

The training was held to ensure technogenic and environmental safety, protection of personnel and territories of Uzhgorod STI, prevention of and response to disasters.  

Specialists of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region told about the rules of fire safety, means and methods of extinguishing fires, reminded the steps to be done in emergency situations of technogenic and natural character. In addition, participants of the training were taught how to provide first aid, shown how to detect and protect against radiation and toxic substances. Also specialists of the rescue team demonstrated technical means used in case of emergencies and a variety of small arms.
