Forest protection of the SE "Perechyn forestry" found out illegal felling of hornbeam tree species in the "Turyanske" forest range near the village of Pastilky.
As reported by the Perechyn forestry, representatives of the National Police in Transcarpathian region were called at the scene. Together with the rapid response team of Perechyn police, they arrested the offenders at the scene and took them to Perechyn district police station. The car "GAZ-66" was delivered to the impound lot.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
