Emergency medical care has come to the village (PHOTOS)

Permanent emergency medical care station was opened in the village of Dorobratovo, Irshava district. The new station will ensure timely provision of emergency medical care to about 4,000 people living in this part of the district – the villages of Dorobratovo, Horbok, Nehrovo, the press service of the Regional State Administration informs. After the opening of the station, an ambulance arrival time will be up to 10 minutes after a call. 
Transarpathia is one of the few regions of the country, where there is no downsizing or optimization in the healthcare sector. In 2016 alone, five emergency medical care stations were opened in four districts of the region. This year, such stations have been opened in Vynogradiv and here in Irshava districts, – the deputy head of the Regional State Administration Y. Halas said.  
The permanent emergency medical care station is located in the former district hospital building. Some of the premises are occupied by the general practice outpatient department, and 5 rooms were allocated for the needs of the emergency service. 100 thousand hryvnias was allocated from the regional budget for the purpose, while local authorities and benefactors also contributed. The station received an ambulance vehicle equipped with everything necessary for the provision of emergency medical care.
