By October 1, e-procurement system will have been introduced at district state administrations, city executive committees, structural departments of the Regional State Administration.
Officials will be obliged to submit information on the electronic procurement of goods, works and services to the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the RSA every month.
The authorities will conduct through electronic platforms those procurements that are not subject to the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement". This applies to goods and services worth under 100,000 UAH and works worth under 1,000,000 UAH.
