Due to the burning of dry grass, the houses of villagers in Transcarpathia almost burned down

On April 20, residents of the village of Shyroke called the Rescue Service to report that dry grass and shrubs were burning outside the village, and the fire was gradually moving toward their homes.
A crew of the 6th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Vynogradiv eliminated the fire in 2 hours.
3 hectares of dry vegetation was destroyed, but the citizens’ homes were not affected.
There were no injuries and casualties in the fire.
The damages and cause of the fire are being established.
