Drunk driver, who had committed a traffic accident involving a bus, received three reports from patrol policemen (PHOTOS)

Yesterday, around 22:00, Uzhgorod patrol policemen stopped a Daewoo Sens. A few minutes earlier, the driver of that car had committed an accident involving a bus on Kapushanska street and fled. Immediately after receiving the report of the accident, patrol policemen noticed the offender’s car and stopped it not far from the accident scene.

 The car had visible mechanical damage. The driver had obvious signs of intoxication. The state of intoxication was confirmed by medical examination in the regional drug clinic.

As the policemen found out, the man had already been brought to administrative responsibility for driving in drunken state and was deprived of the driver’s license under the court decision.

The patrol policemen made 3 reports of administrative violation against the offender.

Recall that repeated driving under the influence is punished by a fine of 20,400 UAH and deprivation of driver’s license for 3 years. The third attempt to drive under the influene is punished by a fine of 40,800 UAH and deprivation of driver’s license for 10 years.
