This time, a truck on Korzo street was recorded by Igor Baran.
The comments, that appeared under the photo within minutes after posting, prove that this issue is extremely relevant for our city, and hence needs to be addressed.
We can only wait for a reaction or at least an answer to the question – who must enforce the rules, and who must be held liable for their violations?
