Driving high: a driver with signs of narcotic intoxication was detained in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

The incident occurred yesterday, March 20, around 20:00, on Mynaiska street. The patrol police crew saw a car that was driving without the lights on and stopped it.

The Transcarpathian patrol police department reported that while talking with the driver, officers noticed signs of narcotic intoxication, so the man was asked to take a test.

However, the detainee refused to do it and to present a driver’s license and tried to leave the scene.

Finally, the man was arrested and the appropriate reports of administrative offenses were drawn up against him.
