Drivers of cars with foreign registration are going to block the checkpoint “Solotvyno”

Drivers of vehicles with foreign registration in Tyachiv and Rakhiv districts are going to the checkpoint "Solotvyno".

Drivers are angered by the new rules at the customs office and are preparing a protest with blocking of the roads to the border.

 As previously reported, a similar protest is taking place today at the checkpoint "Uzhgorod – Vysne Nemecke." There, the road to the border is blocked by about 100 cars with foreign registration.

 The scandal erupted after checkpoints in Transcarpathia stopped accepting different certificates for deferral of border crossing – a mandatory procedure that drivers of cars with foreign registration must perform every 5 days.
