There used to be rose bushes along Nezalezhnist embankment in the regional center. According to available information, the rose garden was destroyed after a flood. The issue of the expediency of planting rose bushes along the embankment is currently being discussed.

What is public consultation? It is a process of communication between local governments and citizens (stakeholders), through which both sides become aware of different prospects and proposals. It is an instrument that enables citizens to influence the content of decisions made by local governments.

The campaign "Active community" is the association of people and social movements for the participation in solving of local problems and support for reforms in Ukraine, in particular in local government. The initiative was created in the framework of the NGO "Republic Institute." Public consultations are being implemented within the framework of the project "Set the course for the government", which is being implemented with the support of the National Democratic Institute (NDI).
