Dogs of Khmelnitskyy region can quite safely walk along the streets. In most cases, there is no danger walking there. Stray dogs followed the sterilization procedure and insertion of fashionable yellow earring. Now it guarantees the security to dogs as well as to the citizens.
Of course, there are some difficulties with the number of homeless animals’ regulation in Khmelnitskyy region as well as across the country. But yellow tags with the numbers in the dogs’ ears cause some optimism. Uzhgorod homeless animals cannot even dream of such innovations.
