Does Uzhgorod “piggishness” have no limits? (Photofact)

We have repeatedly reported facts of Uzhgorod "piggishness".

Townspeople, forgetting that tidiness is not where they clean, but where they do not litter, often leave "nasty gifts" in the form of bags with wastes right on the streets, squares, and often near small dump sites. 

And this morning, another fact of "piggishness" was recorded by the Uzhgorod.in on Petofi Square, near the pedestrian crossing on Mytrak street. There, three large bags of garbage "settled" next to many stubs and small wrappers…

On the way to the Consumer Services Center, another "nook" with small wastes was found…

I wonder if anyone (or anything) can stop Uzhgorod "piggishness"?…
