The Contact Center is designed to improve the work of executive bodies with appeals and to establish social dialogue. This task can be solved by the "hot line" of the Contact Center 0-800-501-484 – the call center to communicate with specialists of the Transcarpathian regional contact center. This contact allows you to quickly obtain information from the executive bodies, to provide oral or written responses to each resident at the address specified by them.

         All appeals to the authorities of Transcarpathian region receive responses as soon as possible.

         The schedule of the "hot line" from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are days off).

Calls from landline phone within Ukraine are free, calls from mobile phones shall be paid according to the tariffs of the mobile operator.
