An Uzhgorod resident wrote about the actions of the clown from Mukachevo who scares people and posts videos on the Internet. 
"Today, around 12 o’clock, this clown scared me and my husband by jumping from behind a tree on Kyivska embankment and popping an orange baloon right next to my ear! I was screaming like crazy because I did not expect it at all, and my husband barely restrained himself from punching him in the face. Kid, we saw your face, and if you think it is just a joke and you have nothing to fear, then you are mistaken.Your apologies are not appropriate, do something useful, and don’t scare people at night in a stupid costume… Be careful walking at night in the city and immediately call the police," – Antonia Halayda wrote on Facebook.
