"How can they park like that, when stopping on the left is prohibited!" – such strange message appeared on the official website of Uzhgorod City Council yesterday, October 1.
Next to the sentence, there is the picture made on Schvabska street (http://rada-uzhgorod.gov.ua/download/r/mashun_02.10.pdf). The picture clearly shows a few cars parked on the left side of the road which, according to Uzhgorod City Council, is prohibited.
Although, according to the traffic rules (http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1306-2001-% D0% BF/conv/print1363854287857006), drivers did not violate anything.
Recall, that on October 1st, two-way traffic was introduced on the street. There is not a single (!) pedestrian crossing on the street which endangers people’s lives.
