Ex-player of "Goverla" Dmytro Trukhin told how Uzhgorod team drags out the process of debt repayment to him. He says that nobody of the club management is even trying to enter into dialogue with the players whom they owe.
– I have the court judgment of February 18. It says that one of the 12 wages owed to me must be paid immediately within a month. Of course, no one has paid it, just like the rest, but it’s not about that.
The Enforcement Service of Uzhgorod refuses to accept the judgment. They are doing everything to drag out this process. First, they said that some stamp was missing. I took the documents to Lviv and back to Uzhgorod. They again come up with something, drag their feet and refuse to take up the case. It seems that someone tells them to inhibit this process.
– I read a statement of the Uzhgorod club and I have not seen a bigger nonsense. They accuse us, former players, that the club did not receive a certificate and can disappear. Us! They tell fans that we are responsible for all the troubles of the team. "Goverla" owes me salary for 12 months, plus a fine. It’s officially recorded. I am willing to make concessions, I am willing to give up a solid part of the money, but please contact me! Let’s talk and resolve this issue.
But "Goverla" is not even trying to contact the players. As if we do not exist. As far as I know, many former players of "Goverla", who are waiting for their salaries, are also willing to give up part of the earned money, willing to restructure debts, but again, there is no attempt on the part of the managers of "Goverla" to contact us and to resolve this issue. They deceive everyone, saying that it is us who don’t want to egotiate – the Express quoted Trukhin.
