As we reported, the leader of the Democratic Union of Hungarians of Romania (RMDSZ) Hunor Kelemen was not allowed to enter Ukraine.
In response, the Hungarian Foreign Ministry summoned the Ambassador of Ukraine in Budapest Lyubov Nepop.
This was reported by the Depo.ua with reference to the agency Agerpres.
During the conversation with the Ambassador, the press secretary of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tamas Mentzer, said that the actions of the Ukrainian authorities were unacceptable and anti-Hungarian.
"The press secretary said that he considers the ban on entry into Ukraine for the leader of the Democratic Union of Hungarians of Romania (RMDSZ) Hunor Kelemen as an unacceptable and anti-Hungarian action," – the Hungarian Foreign Ministry said.
