Details of yesterday’s fatal accident in Mynai

Officers of Uzhgorod police are establishing all the circumstances of the accident in the village of Mynai that resulted in a death of a person.

As we reported, yesterday, November 21, at the entrance to Uzhgorod, a car "Mercedes Vito" with Czech registration hit a man on a pedestrian crossing. The victim died at the scene. The investigative team of Uzhgorod police found out that the driver of the car was a 34-year-old resident of Uzhgorod. The driver could not explain the reason for not noticing the pedestrian who was crossing the road. 

The police are establishing all the circumstances of the accident and the identity of the victim. The driver was tested, no alcohol was found in his blood. The vehicle was taken to Uzhgorod police impound lot.
