Traditionally, the festival will be held on September 2.
There will be the presentation of the Association of producers of traditional Carpathian highland cheeses, a competition for the best bryndzya, and master classes on making of non-traditional dishes with bryndzya.
According to the organizers, a new feature of this year’s festival will be the identification of traditional Hutsul sheep bryndzya, made in high mountain valleys (at an altitude of over 700 meters).
There will also be a competition for the best Hutsul sheep bryndzya with the support of French experts. The purpose of the competition is to identify the best producers and honor their work, which.
Another highlight of the festival will be the master classes on making of non-traditional dishes with Hutsul bryndzya with the participation of chefs from leading Ukrainian restaurants, the Tourinform Transcarpathia informs.
