"SmachnoFest. Eat. Create. Amaze" has started on Sandor Petofi Square as part of the celebrations on the Day of Uzhgorod. Students arranged a real food show and exhibition of autumn gifts.
The children actually managed to amaze – whole vegetable and fruit cities, tales and arrangements appeared on the square. Cabbage transformed into poodles and sheep, melons – into urchins, and watermelons impress with a variety of floral patterns.
Most arrangement are made using the technique of carving on fruits and vegetables.
Children also painted a makeshift map of Uzhgorod which can be used to explore and learn about the city.
At the end of the exhibition, guests will be treated to delicious dishes with unusual appearance, the press service of Uzhgorod city council informs.
