December 16: smoking is banned!

On the initiative of the World Health Organization in 2004, 144 countries signed the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. Ukraine is one of these states.  And thus, as of December 16 smoking in public places – from entertainment facilities to public transport stops – is prohibited. Can such radical innovations help smokers overcome the habit and who will monitor compliance with law? Journalists of the Tisa-1 TV channel searched the answer to these questions together with doctor of the Regional Health Center Lyudmila HANCHYN, operative of the criminal police department for children Andriy KURTA and bar owner Yelyzaveta ARENDASH
