On December 31, 2016, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region declared an official warning to the man, who hang a "Rusyn tricolor" near the State Flag of Ukraine in front of the administrative building of the Regional State Administration in Uzhgorod.
The provocateur also expressed his commitment to the idea of implementation of the 1991 regional referendum results.
The Security Service of Ukraine officially warned the citizen of criminal liability for encroachment on territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine.
